We take on larger projects and multi-site portfolios anywhere in the UK: fire strategies for new build and conversion projects, fire risk assessment programmes across a housing, care or commercial estate, and compliance contracts that bring every site's checks under one agreement.
One consistent assessment standard and one set of records in the Vocus Fire Safety Portal make compliance far easier to manage and evidence. Because we work on both sides of the Severn, we write every report to the law that applies where the building is.
In Wales
The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, Rent Smart Wales, HMO licensing with a three-storey test, sprinklers in new and converted homes, and Approved Document B (Wales). Care homes are regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales.
In England
A full written fire risk assessment for every Responsible Person, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 for blocks of flats, the higher-risk building regime, and Approved Document B. Care homes are regulated by the CQC.
Coverage questions
Do you work outside South Wales and the South West?
Yes. We carry out fire risk assessments across the Midlands and London as well, and we write fire strategies for projects anywhere in England and Wales.
Can you cover buildings in both Wales and England under one contract?
Yes. We work to both sets of rules, and a single compliance contract can cover sites on either side of the border, with each report written to the law that applies there.
