Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use the Vocus Fire Safety website, whatever their abilities or the technology they use.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and maintain the site, not a one-off exercise.

2. The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the widely recognised international standard for web accessibility. We work towards these guidelines as we build and update the site.

3. What we do to make the site accessible

4. Known limitations

We are always improving, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some downloadable documents (such as older PDFs) may not meet the same standard as the website itself. If you have trouble with any content, please contact us — we will help and, where we can, provide the information in a format that works for you.

5. Getting content in another format

If you need information from this website in a different format — for example large print, plain text, or a version compatible with your assistive technology — please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

6. Tell us what you think

If you find any part of this website difficult to use, or you come across an accessibility barrier, we would like to hear from you so we can put it right. Contact us at info@vocusfire.co.uk or 0330 133 4591, and please tell us the page and the problem you experienced.

7. Changes to this statement

We review this statement as the site develops. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
