We want everyone to be able to use the Vocus Fire Safety website, whatever their abilities or the technology they use.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and maintain the site, not a one-off exercise.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the widely recognised international standard for web accessibility. We work towards these guidelines as we build and update the site.
3. What we do to make the site accessible
- We use clear, structured content with meaningful headings so it is easy to navigate.
- The site is built to work on a range of devices and screen sizes, including mobiles and tablets.
- You can navigate using a keyboard as well as a mouse or touch.
- We aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and text that can be resized without breaking the layout.
- Images that carry meaning are given descriptive text for screen-reader users.
4. Known limitations
We are always improving, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some downloadable documents (such as older PDFs) may not meet the same standard as the website itself.
